Reality TV celebrity Ashley”Minnie” Ross has passed away after a hit-and-run vehicle crash, her direction confirmed early Tuesday. She was 34.
The”Little Women: Atlanta” star was rushed to Atlanta’s Grady Memorial Hospital on Sunday night following having a smash-up with one more vehicle close to Old National Highway in Atlanta; her publicist told People magazine.
She passed-away at 10:30 PM Monday, nearly 24hrs following the crash.
“It is with profound sadness that we confirm on behalf of the family of Ashley Ross, aka ‘Ms. Minnie’ of Little Women Atlanta has succumbed to injuries from a tragic hit & run vehicle accident today at the age of 34,” her control staff confirmed on the celebrity’s Instagram.
“The family respectfully asks for their privacy as they grieve during this very tough time.”
Her publicist told Newsweek that eyewitnesses told police that the motorist of the vehicle that hit Ross’ car & caused the accident fled. No further information about the crash was immediately available.
Originally from Tennessee, Ross was hailed as”the almost all beautiful, kind, generous person ” by a rep for her reality show.
“She was adored by cast & crew because she always wore her heart on her sleeve,” the rep told People. “There’s nothing she would not do for all those that she loved.”
Ross’s longtime co-star Amanda Salinas shared the news early Tuesday, saying she was in tears writing the post.
“Why did they shoot you apart from us!!!! WHY!!!!!” she asked alongside a series of photos of them together.
“You’re more than simply our ultimate friend you had been big sister & still is!!!” she wrote. “I adore you so much!!!! My heart is broken up Rest In Peace, my love.”
Ross is survived by her mother, Tammie Jackson, her auntie & aunt, Veronica & John Deloney, & grandmother Rose Deloney, as well as many other family members, Newsweek mentioned.
